Santa Claus Parade 2023

Join us for this year’s Fort Macleod Santa Claus Parade, a festive celebration that promises to fill your heart with holiday cheer! Mark your calendars for Saturday, November 25th at 11:00 am when the parade kicks off. But the excitement doesn’t stop there! Get into the holiday spirit early with Moonlight Madness on Friday, November 24th, starting at 5:30 pm. We can’t wait to see you there!

Entries can be dropped off at The Chamber of Commerce, The Macleod Gazette, or mailed according to the

• The grand parade extravaganza kicks off at 11:00 a.m. sharp on Saturday, November 25th, 2023.
• All parade participants are kindly requested to assemble at their designated locations by 10:00 a.m.
• Our friendly Parade Marshals await you at the corner of 2nd Ave and 21st Street to guide you to your designated lineup spot. Line-up details will also be published in the Macleod Gazette on Wednesday, November 22nd, 2023 and on our Facebook page.
• If your generous business has contributed a banner to be displayed during the parade, please have your banner bearers at the corner of 2nd Ave and 21st Street. The banners will be ready for pickup, and the marshal will signal your entry when it’s your turn.
• A gentle reminder: When distributing candy, please walk alongside your float as we do not permit throwing candy from the floats.
• Above all, remember to have a blast and flash those contagious smiles throughout the event! Let’s make this parade a memorable one!
