The Taste is a vibrant street fair-style gathering that brings together vendors from across Southern Alberta, providing them with a unique platform to showcase their exceptional products. After the overwhelming success and sold-out in 2022, we are thrilled to host our most anticipated summer event once again this year.

Sponsorship

With the overwhelming success of 2022 with a sold-out event, we are thrilled to host our most anticipated summer event once again this year. With current projections estimating over 600 attendees, this is an incredible opportunity to let your business shine.

This year The Taste intends to take over Historic Main street. Vendors will be arranged from approximately second to third avenue, and the event will be bookended by a beer garden and a grilling competition. Entrance to the event will be via the Devonian Walkway and there will be live music playing throughout the night.

Become a Vendor

 To ensure a seamless experience for all, Main Street will be closed to vehicle traffic from noon onwards, allowing vendors ample setup time from 12-5 pm.

The cost to exhibit is $50 and must be received by August 1, 2023. If space permits, late exhibit registration will cost an additional $10.00.

Similar to previous years, The Taste will operate on a ticketing system. Guests will enjoy an exclusive early bird price of $40.00 to attend the event, receiving 20 tickets upon entry (with the option to purchase additional tickets). Please note that the ticket price raises to $60.00 after Aug 1, 2023.

Each vendor is responsible for setting the ticket price for their products, and $1.50 per ticket collected will be paid to vendors and issued on behalf of the Fort Macleod & District Chamber of Commerce. Please have your menu items and ticket prices submitted to the Fort Macleod Chamber by Aug 15th, 2023, as signage will be created on your behalf.

Each Vendor will be allotted a 10’x10′ booth space and electricity will be provided, but please note generators are not allowed on the street.
