Are you ready for an exciting weekend of volleyball, fun, and fundraising? The Fort Macleod Volleyball Club is thrilled to host the 21st Annual Stars Volleyball Tournament for Charity, happening April 11-13, 2025, in Fort Macleod, Alberta. This annual event brings together teams from all skill levels for an unforgettable tournament, all in support of a great cause!
What you need to Know:
- Team Entry Fee: $550
- Plus a $100 refindable team bounty for teams that play all their matches.
- Minimum 5 Matches Guaranteed for every team.
- Divisions:
- Competitive: Must be 18+ (or turning 18 in 2025)
- Intermediate: 20+ years, no current college/university players
- Recreational: 25+ years, no current college/university players.
- Beer League: 30+ years, recreational teams only.
Important Deadlines:
- Entry Deadline: Friday March 22, 2025.
- Roster Submission: No later than April 1, 2025
What to Expect:
- Rally point system.
- Matches start Friday Evening, with late matches available upon request.
- Games played at Fort Macleod Sports Centre, WA Day and FP Walshe Schools
- Beer Garden – Saturday, Noon-3pm (Upstairs at the arena)
- Dinner & DanceL Saturday evening at the arena (Curling Club Side)
Supporting a Great Cause:
All proceeds from this tournament will be donated to STARS (Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society), helping save lives in our community.
Gather your squad of at least 8 players (minimum 3 women per team) and secure your spot today! Only the first 16 teams in each division will be accepted, so don’t miss out.
